It was a relaxing stay and enjoyed the food. Room was cleaned and staff was supportive. Room size was quite good as compared to the other hotels in this price. Will surely visit again

The room service is great. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The hotel provides a wide dining option at a very affordable rate.

Room was comfortable, but charging port was not near the bed, you can charge your devices, or you can watch tv, food is expensive !

The room and the service were good. Room was clean. Heater was working even the wifi was upto the mark, i did my maintenance office work.

I found it on make my trip. Its easily approachable, food quality and services are good. Parking space is enough for four wheelers.

So here is goes we asked for room upgrade as room we booked was smaller and manager asked 700 extra. Then he uselessly showed arrogance saying prices are different and tax is separate. Manager was too rigid and same was his attitude when in past we contacted them for corporate tie up but i am happy things dint work out. Other staff was helpful and room was clean after upgraded but still not worth the price. My rating is 3/5 but because of managers arrogance i am rating it as 1/5

We would definitely recommend Hotel Alphanso to anyone who is looking for a peaceful * lovely stay in Mohali.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel has clean and good rooms. Breakfast was served in the room after request. They woke up us on time. Excellent service
