Ys the stay was good. They also treat us well..They guide us for some spots to visit there..overall very happy for the stay and behaviour

The rooms were okay. The room me and my family stayed was directly under the staircase which was slightly uncomfortable. The car parking was tricky. As the way outside was steep and as the space wasn't sufficient, it is difficult for a begginer to park the car with ease. As the parking space is narrow, in order to take a car parked at the first, the cars before it had to be taken too, which is very inconvenient. We asked for a extra bed, which was threadbare and not worth the cost. Moreover, there was a cockroach in the room. But as the hotel was near the bus stand, it was easy to travel around the location. Overall, the stay was average.

Solid rooms like you would find at any other budget hotel in India. The location is very good, less than a minute walk from the bus station and on the edge of town so that all restaurants are within reach and yet, on a hill facing away from the hustle and bustle. What disappointed us are the amenities. The listing said "air conditioning," but in reality, this costs ₹ 500 extra and is currently broken and unavailable anyway. The owner served with help and advice, e.g. by arranging an early morning taxi to Mudumalai for ₹ 1300, a very fair price. The only problem is, the taxi never showed up, making us late for our tiger safari. The bathroom has 24/7 hot water and a shower, but the two are not connected. So, the shower is always cold, but you can get a bucket of hot water. I feel they are setting a high standard for themselves - and failing to meet it in many regards. This feels unnecessary and disappointing. There is room for improvement that would make this a much better hotel.

The location which surrounded this hotel is very smelly, urine & motion smelling. Because of nearest bus stand toilet drain flowing in the hotel street. We can’t even go out for a walk. One of horrible stay in my life. I never expected this kind of hotels in mmt.

Property is very close to gudalur bus station and transportation is not an issue. You have multiple food joints out, including keralite food joints like hotel sampoorna, indian coffee house. Amenities are good especially washrooms and bed.

1. While staying at the hotel, there was no power supply for the entire night and the following day evening also the same issue. They didn’t even have a ups to provide backup. 2. Not worth for this price range. 3. Staff is good.

Good for overnight stay. Not much facilities. But okay for just sleeping. 24 hours hot water, which is essential for gudalur. Walkable distance from the bus stand. If a kettle is kept in the room, it would be great.

Nice clean rooms and food was good

Sorroundings are very bad. Foul smell everywhere. No roomboys to support luggage. King-size bed in space of single coat.

Washroom was not clean otherwise it was good. All other service was good location was easily accessible

Very nice stay. The rooms are very clean and the view is awesome. The stay doesn't provide food so you need to go to the nearby market for food and the main market is just a minute away by walk.

Good in clean and care taking but there is no vintilation but worth if you got any discounts for the stay

A good option for travellers for a transit accommodation/one night stay enroute ooty/mysore. Value for money. The staff was very helpful. At the centre of gudalur town. Many an eateries are close-by

We had plan of travel-ling from mysore to ooty in the evening, thus wanted a place to stay near ooty, for which gudalur was the best option. The stay was nice and the staff members were helpful and polite. Room was clean and hygienic. Parking facility is also available. Enjoyed a night's stay here for a quick rest before traveling to ooty.

The location is awesome for a budget traveller. Check in was quick and smooth. Requests were accommodated. Had our car safely parked within the property. A good night stay for 3 in a room.

Landed up at 8. 30, pm. Host very kind and looked after me very well. Saw me off at 5 am next morning. Nice view from the room
