Ac was not working and it was very very hot. They checked twice but didn't resolve the issue. Bathroom door latch was broken I would like to go for refund

Actually this cannot be called as hotel. This is a service apartment which they are marketing as hotel. Rooms are shady. Very old property. Food is average. One who is looking for low budget accommodation and does not bother about ambience, can stay there

My stay was good over here. Staffs are very humble and well mannered. Location of this property is also very good just walk away from m g road metro station.
