The place informs the capacity of 4 for a cottage to be one bedroom but it cannot accommodate more than 3! The place is serene, beautiful and also well maintained . People are very helping. Breakfast gets 2 ⭐️. Please keep Maggie and omelette as a compulsion to avoid disappointment. I loved the place apart from all these complaints and I will definitely visit again.

Good place to stay, property located in a peaceful area. Swimming pool is under construction, once it is completed it will be a nice property. Property owners and caretakers were friendly in nature. Good to visit with family and friends. Indoor games and activities can be added to improve the resort

Property was a treat for nature lovers. Lush green trees and coffee plants are everywhere as you enter the property. Food was excellent simple and homemade. Owner of the property was very friendly and modest. Walk along the tea plantations is a must to do activity in the morning.

Such a bad experience, resort situated in a rural area, that's feel some insecurities, unprofessional staffs. Atmosphere is quite peaceful, rooms are spacious. Way to the resort is tricky. No restaurant service with in the resort, that's very difficult. Over all experience is not satisfying

The stay was awesome, away from city. Feels like as if u r in a jungle away from city noise. Care takers were well behaved. Food was really yum. I would like to visit again. Best place for couple to spend tym

The caretaker was friendly and supportive. the amenity was not well maintained. The so called natural swimming pool was not cleaned for ages. this seems like a place just to stay and travel to the near by tourist spots.

Property location given in the mm t is not right. Safety standards are not good need to improve a lot. Swimming pool is not usable, damaged and filled with muddy water. Surroundings are to neat and clean and to be maintained. Hole property to be maintained. Property is not maintained well.

Please find this honest review 1. Location: very good into the abode of nature you will have a feel of being into the jungle about 8 kms from nearest habitation. 2. Food: its like you are the mercy of caretaker if they don't have you can't have they dont even bother to arrange for your need. 3. Hygiene: very bad right from room having broken furniture n fixtures with moss all around to broken n dirty toilets with leaking taps n fixtures. They were kind enough to provide hot water in cold weather. No covid protocols followed. 4. Safety: safety is ok or one can say its average. 5. Property owner: i was not been able meet him but after getting below expectations things above i spoke to him over phone for which he has shown understanding and accepted the short comings and apologized that was a big deal. Crux of above: if you want to go wot h your own vehicle with bare minimum necessities and can below average hygiene you can opt for this property.

Worst stay. Not expected, the pool was dirty, food was below average totally bad experience

First don't trust your Google maps of this place, it will show we are arrived say some 2 or 3 km before itself. Better call to resort wherever you have a signal, they will guide you properly. We reached the resort from Ooty, they guide nicely and starting it was very difficult to find the spot, but its in middle of the hill and middle of the hairpin bends. Watchman will greet you, and you need to drive some 750 meters down the hill besides the main road of the Ooty and Mettupalayam road. Scary road to reach the resort, because if you find any other vehicle, it will be difficult for both to cross that road. Note no board for display, its forest department order, so resort people can't have boards of resorts too. Warm greeting in parking, leave your luggage, they will take care and it will be safely reaches your room. Traditional way of welcoming, wearing some garland not fresh I felt. You can go ahead to reception, submit your docs and one representative will take us to room. Either by walking or battery operated car. Representative will explain about food timings, activities timings, pool stuff, property walk details etc. They will give you a complete schedule of your stay in a print out one. Location excellent, Rooms excellent, Cleanliness excellent, Food good its open area, so money might come inside, still one watchman will be Around us, he will make sure no monkey will come inside, Activities good they need more people like Dinesh, who can explain about plantation, property and different activities. Pool rally good, Jacuzzi suite excellent, Kurumba cottage OK because of mattress and small library.

Best resort at Wayanad for bachelors and couples gang trip, Camp fire, Kitchen all facilities available. Valve for money best for privacy place. We enjoyed a lot next time sure we will come, Only Swimming pool need to maintain otherwise best resort to visit.

Wonderful experience . Nice play to stay in wayand. Great hospatality. Value for money. Most important thing that they will provide you kitchen and all utilities, whatever you want you can cook . One more thing that BONFIRE is free, no charges for that like other hotels. Best choice . Go for it .

Awesome home stay with good hospitality. We love walking between huge tea plantations. Natural pool in the middle of plantations. Drive is also good between tea garden. A great getaway with nearly all the essentials for a lovely holiday. Comfortable rooms, tasty and clean food, bonfire, a good trekking track, swimming and rafting and many other relaxations to complete the list. Not to forget the service and hospitality rendered by the staff. Worth a try and experience.

Best Home stay in Wayanad with beautiful location we enjoyed a lot at this place like campfire at night, barbecue and homely food. Staff and owner is very helpful for locating sightseeing places in Wayanad. Natural pool is awesome in the middle of coffee plantations

Owner and servants are very friendly and help us to each and every movement This place is located in the middle of huge tea plantations and full of greenery there is hammocks between plantations so we can relax at shades and at night campfire is awesome ... Food is awesome and homely

The location is very inaccessible in rainy weather .. Around 1km inside of the main road, through a narrow kachha road. You cannot reach it through Google maps. First of all, I did not even see the inside of Glendale resort. We were shifted to some service apartments on grounds of some untold maintenance problem at Glendale, promising that the new relocation will be better (but it wasn't). Breakfast was included in the booking, but it was not provided at the new relocation, and no refund was given for that. We were told that we will be shifted back on next day when the problem at Glendale is resolved. But the owner refused to pick up the phone once we were shifted to the service apartments. Totally deceiving and unprofessional behavior. Wayanad trip was ruined. Do not waste your money here, do not get deceived by the pictures.
