Fraud hotel they denied my booking and not refund my money. Am very disappointed. The hotel name is scammer hotel not franco hotel

Firstly when i went to check in, they denied checkin. After waiting for 1 hour they finally let me check in. On the same day at 8pm the electricity went off. The rooms below my room had electricity. I went to the front desk they told me they will contact the owner and fix it immediately. The electricity didn't come back for 12 hours. But the lobby had lights. My phone died due to no electricity as you can understand. Next day i forced them to call the owner on their phone. He said they didn't inform him. And without my phone i couldn't but water bottle which surprisingly they don't even give water to the guests. After complaining the electricity came back. But it was close to 13 hours without any electricity. I have already lodged complaint while my stay.

Dear Sir, Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you had during your stay with us. We had a new night manager working for us and he did not know how to fix the fuse at night (as it had tripped) which caused the issues during your stay. There was a lack of communication between the night manager and the hotel manager, as if communicated correctly, would have been resolved straightaway on the night.
