our property was sold out during this time how review was given if customer didnt stayed in our hotel, which Hotel customer has stayed.

Worst experience. Not able to locate and check in

It is-the worst experience i had ever happen. There is no number of property and location given can not locate. Me with wife and child seaeching for this dtay for two hours and no one in the are not hear about this peoperty. Aftwr that i had to go to another hotel and i lost my money and time. Never ever book this property. Its fraud. I dont know how make my teip assured this. I want my money back.
