Falls Regency

The rooms were clean and well maintained. However, they use a strong-smelling toilet and floor cleaner, which was quite unpleasant. The view from the room was beautiful, and the hotel’s location was excellent. The garden and surrounding premises were well kept and added to the charm of the place. On the downside, the restaurant area was not maintained properly, and the food quality was very poor. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but they really need to improve their restaurant hygiene and food standards.

The room was neat and clean and the river view is so beautiful and restaurant also good.

frequent power intepurtion, lack of service. but location and room was good for this price point. But need some improvement of services and food availability on the restaurant.
