Decent Stay, but Could Be Better

I stayed at The Premium Villa by FabHotels. The overall experience was average. The room was okay, and the staff was polite and helpful. There weren’t many food options available at the property, but we were allowed to order from outside, which was convenient. The location was fine, but the property could use some improvements in terms of facilities and in-room cleanliness to enhance the overall experience.

It's not a professional hotel There was no water supply from 10pm to 8 am No services has been provided All over the bad/foul/ smell was coming out behind the reception area Our room was also not cleaning all over the bed there were hairs of ladies The pillow and bedsheet were having stains on it

Initially they denied entry and then after a long argument we were allotted a room. The hotel was not at all having a branding of fabhotel and the facilities were pathetic. When asked for a tea they gave that in a paper cup
