Hotel L Grand - Nr Secunderabad Railway Station

the room allotted was not properly cleaned. we can find cockroaches everywhere, we have changed 3 rooms the common thing is untidy and cockroaches. when we have a doubt about amount we paid and refund we getting we asked about it to the staff they said rudely go and ask Fab hotels not us.pathetic stay

Nice But if you come in early morning then can allow only at 12 pm to check in.so make sure you check in time befor visit. services is good.

Overall it was a nice experience to stay at this hotel. Everything was nice, except that the cockroaches were there in the room.

Poor Room no. 518 given me Washroom door was not close Washroom window was broken Ac not working properly 2 light are remove in room And talking 500 rupees before chekin And 2 hours late then they not returned Many problems in room but I stay only 2 days so don't change

location is good next to secundarabad railway station. But hotel room is worst, unhygienic, with full of cockroach, no any charging socket, no hot water. also reception ask for 500rs deposit even after paying full payment over MMT. Food payment need to be done before having meal even after ordering through room service. Railway station upper class waiting room is better than this room.

so far everything fine. over all value for money. it's very close to railway station. in house restaurant is there.

It's was a very horrible experience and staff was very unprofessional. As booked primary room, they told for online booking only normal standard room ( which was very very small and dirty) can available and denied check in if asked for as booked room. Also for not accept my booking. Food is also pathetic and very very unhygien. Seriously very bad experiences.

This hotel does not have basic facilities, the bed sheets are broken, the quality of the mattresses is poor, the cleanliness system is also not good and the location of the hotel is in a very dirty area.

Literally I have a list of the worst experiences hot water is not working staff are not friendly bed is bad TV Remote also not in good condition My only suggestion is choose better hotel it's not a matter money. By giving 500 extra you will better hotel in secundrabad. Don't choose this hotel.
