Thanks Shrunali. We will note this point. Actually, we have all locked washrooms. Unfortunately, for the guest's safety issues- we have disabled the locking from outside. There are several cases sometime guest in washroom and door does not open for some technical issues that's my own experience is concerned. If it happens while alone, it takes to a dangerous turn if guest does not have a mobile while in washroom. We will think some alternative solutions to lock from outside, may be fitting a manual locking system can be one of the solution.

One of my best stay in Goa, the apartment is huge and spacious with all the facility, just need to add charging slot besides bed and a full size mirror, rest everything is upto the mark, loved staying at Alex Beach House, the host Shivani and Gaurav are very helpful helped us with smooth check in, it was an amazing stay.

We had a very good time at Alex House. 2 BHK apartment is really good. It has all the facilities which includes washing machine, water purifier, TV, refrigerator, power backup, induction and AC. It's a new property and caretaker who come and visits during check-in process is too good. Since it's not a hotel you need plan your check out in advance.

Felt like home

We were so worried when we left for Goa but when we reached the property, we felt just as home. Check in was smooth, location of the property was very easy to find. Overall the best place we have ever stayed in. Thank you guys for making us feel at home.

Hotel is located at the prime location of Anjuna giving easy accessibility for all activities at Anjuna. The apartment was spacious enough with all basic amenities required for our trip causing no hassle during our whole trip.

The apartment is new and very nicely furnished. It has all the amenities required by tourists, don't need to carry anything. Very clean and well maintained. Just 7-8 mins from Anjuna Beach. Variety of good restaurants, supermarket and bars are quite close by Owner, management, and staff is friendly and helpful. The housing complex was still under construction when we visited and there was no one else other than us staying there, so was a bit unnerving initially. The swimming pool was not operational But the owner assured that construction will be completed soon. Will be a great place to stay then!

I would say the age facilities, the quality of hospitality, the owner's as the business manager's extreme high level of concern as well as cooperation during our stay in this apartment is more than worth what we have paid for. We really felt as if it is our own home during all days of our stay. In our Idea, the price is very competitive in comparison to the similar group of hotels around Anjuna and other parts of Goa. In future, we will definitely make it and mark you in advance of our booking.

groupThis is my 15 the time of Goa trip, this is the best place to stay in Goa, definitely every one loves it. This is 2 bed room flat with all facilities like a excellent rated hotel. Every room has separate television and AC i'm sure about you don't carry any thing regarding your trip every thing is available here from morning refreshment to mid night relaxation what else you want, recommend for all. If your family, group of friends or Solo i'm sure definitely you will feel best in best.
