Restaurant and lift is missing

Stayed one night at Dwarka. The location is convenient in the city central. The rooms are big and clean. The air conditioner was effective. There is no room service per se, but the boys will get you tea and coffee, and there is a good veg hotel right across. Special mention about Mr Girish, the proprietor for his good nature and thoughtful approach arranging for our arrival and parking space. Over all great value for money

we enjoyed a lot the ac the the tv and many more but we don't like the bed where the spring was disturbing us.

Chose DwarKa Hotel because earlier the restaurant was good. Now there is no restaurant but the rooms are reasonably clean. There should be an electric kettle and sachets of coffee, tea, sugar in the room, since there is no restaurant on the premises. Some tie-up with a nearby restaurant for room service, would be good.

Amenities & services has to improve, the facility s are limited.

nature of the owner is too friendly... person who can understand my language(hindi) very well... but food is not good no rating give for food

The staff were helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is central. Sorry the good restaurant has been discontinued. But the name of dwarka still stands.

Very good location, but staff behaviour is very rude and also bed sheets and mattress very old and not comfortable.

Customer reception n breakfast good. But hotel needs good maintenance. No lift available a drawback.

It ll be not unfair to put such remark but i am compelled to say. Mr menon is a very good gentleman but he is helpless because of age and low business revenue. The hotel is too old, needs a lot of maintenance, no intercom and he claims to-receive calls 24 hrs but not possible. I was given a room without ac and used linen which i found at 2am when went to sleep and i called to him but i understand he couldn't attend call. So i had to sleep with that dirty one without ac, next morning i asked boy about it but he told linen is fresh, when i show him long hair on pillow, spot and dust remained silent, i called mr menon, he told its by mistake. Next day he changed to a better room with ac. I must be refunded room rent of non ac for 1 day. I feel pity for him either he should renovate room or better declare a cheap lodge but shouldn't compromise with used linen to anyone. Its a sin and crime. Breakfast also poor, no choice, no variety, only 4 idly and 1 vada.

Breakfast was included it was so good.Rooms were not that great but worth for that price.Bathroom was clean and well maintained

A very bad experience. What you have shown is not there. Rooms are getting bad smell. No hot water.

the meals provided was of excellent standards felt like home cooked food especially i enjoyed the aviyal the served in veg meals really speechless 💕💕

Excellent stay at dwaraka hotel. The location is near to major attractions and the staffs are very helpful. The uncle who runs the hotel is such a kind and welcoming person. Definitely recommended.

The service at the hotel was very good. The helper boys were nice and helpful. Food from kitchen, room service was also very good. Both uncle and aunt y showered a lot of hospitality. A memorable stay.

My booking did not include food. Amenities were decent. Location was superb. Look and feel of the room was not great compared to the price. But there was nothing unclean about it. Overall, a decent experience

We booked a stay at dwarka for 3 days. We were allotted the room on 2nd floor. The owner showed enough professionalism to enquirer well before the scheduled check in time to call n enquirer our expected time of arrival so as to keep the room ready for us. We reached hotel at around 12 in the night and it was raining cats n dogs. The owner was probably at his home sleeping but on a single call, he arranged his staff to go downstairs and guide us to our room and get us checked in. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept. The washroom was also spotless clean. Their restaurant being under renovation, they had tied up with ambiswamy restaurant for breakfast of checked in clients and the food provided was also of supreme quality. Overall, we got some nice deep sleep in the room and i recommend the same to others

The rooms are clean and neat, offering large sizes for the price tag. I stayed there for a week and found their service to be excellent. The owner is very polite and generous; he extended my checkout time without any additional charges as my return flight was late at night, and i also checked in late at the night. However, this is subject to the availability of rooms. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here.
