I had the most wonderful stay at Downtown Prime during my recent Udaipur trip. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the tasteful interiors and welcoming vibe of the hotel. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also super clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was the hospitalityāthe staff was genuinely warm, helpful, and attentive to even the smallest requests. They made me feel completely at home. I didnāt have to worry about anything, which allowed me to enjoy my trip even more. The rooftop area was such a bonus! Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying dinner with soft music and the Udaipur skyline in viewāit added that perfect relaxing touch to my day. Location-wise, itās perfect. A Mixed Stay at Hotel Downtown Prime Udaipur: Luxury Car Owners Beware! My recent stay at Hotel Downtown Prime in Udaipur presented a mixed bag of experiences, with some significant drawbacks that prospective guests, particularly those with luxury vehicles, should be aware of. On the positive side, the hotel staff, on average, demonstrated a cooperative attitude, which was appreciated. However, this positive was unfortunately overshadowed by a deeply frustrating encounter with the valet service. Upon retrieving my Mercedes, I discovered noticeable scratches that were unequivocally not present when I handed over the vehicle. When confronted, the valet staff outright denied any responsibility, which was both unhelpful and disheartening. For any luxury car owner considering this hotel, I strongly advise parking your vehicle yourself or proceeding with extreme caution; there is a distinct risk involved. Beyond the valet issue, two other significant disturbances impacted the quality of my stay. My room faced directly onto a bank, and I was subjected to loud banging noises emanating from that direction well into the early hours of the morning, often until 2 AM. This severely disrupted my sleep, and unfortunately, there was nothing I could do to mitigate the disturbance. As if that wasn't enough, a rat made an unwelcome appearance in my room around midnight or 1 AM, further adding to the discomfort and significantly disturbing my peace. While some aspects of the stay were acceptable, the combination of the irresponsible valet service, the incessant noise from the neighboring bank, and the unwelcome rodent visitor made for a far from ideal experience. Potential guests should weigh these factors carefully before booking, especially if a peaceful night's sleep and the safety of their vehicle are priorities.

The hotel was really awesome even the guy on reception was really nice but I lost my anklets near the jacuzzi and they said they didn't see anything but when I left from the place the guy who cleans jacuzzi he came and he cleaned that place for next group and I left my anklets on table it can't even fall down as it was in the middle of the table and under the light I am 1000% sure that my anklets were there on the table I can't blem the staff there but it's impossible that they did not see the anklets it's was silver but with diamonds on it and it was really special for me even now I request if you find it please return it

The vibe surrounding the entire hotel was the best thing ever but the only problem faced was the frequent current issues.

Property is not in mid city, but not that far away... easily accessible location and on Main Road. The hotel was well decorated and maintained. Full points on cleanliness and hygiene. The managers were extremely polite and humble. they helped us with all of our request and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. Food is also good. You can also enjoy the jaccuzi... We had booked room with bathtub and it was extremely impressive. The photos shown are exactly true..
