Bad service - Cafe was closed. No staff to serve on time. .

property was good. it's location needs a bit hiking for approx half km of trail with slope. Once reached, feels excellent in terms of view from the property. It's care taker was a bit careless in taking care of guests. Found him a bit not interested kind of guy though full property was empty. Food choice was limited though was delicious in taste. They don't provide anything except a towel and Dettol handwash and medimix soap in toiletries. Location is close to old Manali and Manu temple so easily reachable with half km of trail with slope. People having walking issue or knee issue should avoid this property.

familyLocation of this property is really good. The view from the balcony and terrace is really breath taking. But. Services are bad. Basically no service.

View from this property is mesmerizing, property interior is beautiful, theme is in sync with hills, staff behavior is good and supporting, peaceful place, one can enjoy the old manali market by walk to reach the location.

Terrible Stay

The experience was very pathetic, unable to track location and after calling property manager to help me at very much crucial time around 12 pm he said, this is not the time for check in and also he has said, not to call him. We have spent our night in our car and booked new hotel next morning at that night we had stuck-ed into manali traffic and we were not aware about the traffic. We called the property manager about location, he has send it but we were unable to track as there was heavy rain and lights off. Instead of helping us, he said not to call him and do not call me, we are disturbing him. I must say, don't go the property. That night any mishappening could happened. I wish the incident happened with us, should happened with property manager's family. I pray to this god. Haaay lagegi meru us property manager ko.

Hi Sudeep, we have a offbeat location and that's why we have check in time till 4PM, you didn't mentioned in the review that you were asked to check in by 9PM the latest we could assist you but you were completing your visit locations first and requested to check in post midnight as you mentioned it was raining and hence equally impossible for me to extend any help, We are also humans and don't have superpowers and hence we mentioned all our policies for our fellow humans so that we can deliver as per the promise. I hope from the next time you will take managers instructions seriously because we operate on mountains and it's a risky place we made rules for our guests and staffs safety. We hope you don't make such rash decisions in future which puts you and your family in a difficult situation and expect someone else to take the blame for ignorance. Wish you best.
