Location is great, food is homely but tasty. Overall setup is more like a homestay... but on the premium end. Scenic place, next to the river. Rooms have basic furnishings but have great views ... a little understaffed if you have full house, but service is good and staff is quite genuine and helpful. Also, other food options available if one is prepared to explore a little along the main road on the other side of the river.

The place is right beside the tirthan river (although the river now runs slightly away from the property. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and properly furnished, from the balcony, the river is visible in the distance. The staff is very helpful and cooks tasty local delicacies and indian food (don't expect a restaurant menu though. Reaching the property needs you to cross a footbridge over the river which has a great view. Our favorite pastime was walking around the valley/ river bank.

Refreshing waterfront, well maintained neat bedroom and bathroom. Hardworking and polite staff, serene natural beauty with plum trees. Made my family holiday, a fantastic and amazing experience.

We had a great stay at devat farm. The property was well located and parking was arranged for us at cost. The room was well laid out with all amenities like hot water and toilet items provided for. The view of the river from the room was awesome and there was a lot of bird watching opportunities. The staff, led by indra ji and roshni, were very courteous and prompt with their service. They had arranged for buffet breakfast as well as dinner, which was quite sumptuous. We had a really great stay. Full marks to the the property as well as the staff. Shall definitely recommed it for an idyllic stay amid-st nature.

Devat farm cottages are truly exceptional in both conception and execution. The riverside location is beautiful, flanked on all sides by mountains surrounding the tirthan valley. You can walk down to the bank in 3 minutes or sit in the garden and dining hall feeling the breeze which blows gently through the day. The caretakers are gentle and cook amazing homestyle food ! the balcony gives a panoramic view of the surroundings. The rooms are comfy and comfortable and well maintained. It was truly a great stay and we also spent time walking around the village roads in the lap of nature. I suggest to go with a good book or lazy thoughts to unwind and enjoy the pristine surroundings. Kudos to the host for being very accomodative of our needs. Hope to visit them again !

The property is located off road and that makes it ideal if you want to relax in seclusion. The facilities are adequate and go well with the concept of an off beat holiday. The hosts are two very friendly ladies who make you feel comfortable. The food preparation is good and you can get t customized the way you want it to be. We were able to get kid friendly food. The best part of the stay is that you get to see exotic birds right next to your balcony. Overall, a great experience.

Amazing experience at such a homely cottage. This is exactly how I’ve always dreamed of a cottage to look like. The hosts were very welcoming, the food was homemade and tasted just perfect, and the view was very beautiful. The cottage is a little away for the main road but I think that’s what makes it more beautiful. Thanks to Prashant for maintaining such a lively place, I’ll definitely visit this place again with my family.

Crossing aa bridge with the sound of river flowing alongside will certainly give you a great joy. Isn't it. Nice place to get out of the usual hustle of a town.

10/10 for location, food and cleanliness. Our stay was non-refundable and we were stuck in mandi due to land slide. Yet host waived off pur 1 night stay. Hard to find such business owners. Staff is polite and caring. Close your eyes and book your stay. Worth each penny.

You have to park your vehicle away from property, which is a bit of a hassle. Considering home stay, food is not bad. There were frequent power outages and no alternative supply is available. Staff is very humble and cooperative. No issues with hygiene and safety!

Location- difficult to find internet- no internet food- not good in taste room service- not available electricity- power cuts with no alternate arrangements a/c- not available, only good to stay in winter staff- not professional, even owner has no sense how to tackle customer worse part- they charge you for extra person not extra bed, even i have paid for all extra meal, they charged me 2200 per night whereas i have booked property at 2800 per night, overall i end up paying 5000 per night will not recommend this property

View from rooms is amazing as well as the hotel give proper feeling of farm house and food is amazing
