We booked this hotel based on the photos and description, but when we arrived, we were shocked and disappointed. The hotel was not what we expected, and we decided not to stay. The hotel was a complete disaster. The photos on the booking site were completely misleading and fake. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Look elsewhere for a clean, comfortable, and decent experience. Please remove the fake photos and update the description to reflect the hotel's actual condition. This would save guests like us the disappointment and frustration of being misled. Considering we didn't even stay a single night, it was clear that they were taking advantage of us. We demanded a full refund, but they refused.
