Room was dirty and poorly maintained. In fact there was no maintenance. Room as well as Bed sheets were had bad smell. Cigerate smell was also there. TV was not functional. Was unable to increase the temperature of AC. There was a vertical Shaft door within the room which we were unable to close. Mainly students and drunkards stays there, not suitable for family.

Don’t book this hote .The rooms aren’t hygienic . Booked along with breakfast but they are refused to provide that . Heavy noice and unhygienic washrooms

The hostel is horrible, they have posted fake pictures. Fishy things were going on. It is terrible. Don't book. Not for decent people. The services are poor as could be . It is pathetic .

First of all they don't help to carry my luggage, wall is full of seepage and smelling, jet is not working, fan is not working, shower was not working. After complaining the corrected the jet but for rest of the things they show their incapability. Tv was not charged,

Breakfast is free in the booking but they are not providing the breakfast. Secondly shower, tube light, fan is not working Horrible experience for me. Lots of seepage in the room. Tv is not being charged.

I had booked a room at collection o thampanoor formerly teekay palace trivandrum for 2 days( 03/01/2025-05/01/2025) for my job purpose. The ordinal that i went through one night is a nightmare for me. I had the worst experience of my life in a hotel. After a hectic journey reached trivandrum at night and checked in at 10. 00 pm but the room that i got was pathetic in every aspect, the major problem was that there was no water, went thrice to the reception with the complaint and they told every time it will be resolved. After much delay by 10:45 pm water began to come but only in the tap not in the toilet flesh, again ran downstairs with the complaint, a boy came after much delay and he did something and for once the flesh worked. He said it is ok it will be ready after water refill, but the same problem again happened. I again ran downstairs but no one was there, waited for long time until 11. 15 pm but to no use. So spend the night without any water. Next day early morning i vacated the hotel, i had booked the room for 2 days and paid the rent in advance but to bear this trauma for one more night will be unbearable. The worst experience in my entire life. Never ever i will stay in this hotel. Never recommend to anyone. The amount they charge is for three star stay but it is not even 1 star. Service is the worst. I had paid rs 4032 for 2 day stay but what i got in return is trauma and nightmare.

Booked an ac room only to find a namesake age old ac that didn't work. The place also had a foul order, bathroom taps and toilet flush were not working to add up to the sheer lack of quality in maintaining a top rated hotel. Totally disappointed at the booking!

Bed sheets were not clean and was not laid properly. Wash room flush was not functioning. Telephone shower for toilet was not working washroom was not cleaned properly. Very unhygienic overall.

It's a pathetic hotel. Even lacking basic services. No power back up. No intercom. No water in rap and flush. No working tv. No tea coffee arrangement. Torn mattresses and very poor services.

Everything was wrong. There was power cut and generator. Had booked a room for 3- no extra bedding was provided. No hot water for bathing. It lacked even basic amenities
