frod very bad , hotel provide me very dirty room , no mirrror and no AC and no bathroom clean and very dirty bed and pillow very bad and dirty.hotel room and hotel member.I will never go to this hotel

we are not staying that hotels, we booked the room for family but they don't have clean room and no AC. very worst. we already request for Refund

I have checked in with my mom and then we got a room on top floor, The pillow cover was yellow from white, toilet was dirty,No TV, AC wasn’t working then my mom saw stain in the bed sheet which was trying to cover from the blanket. Like Seriously…? We both had to run away from the hotel. Money doesn’t matter. My suggestion to the Hotel Owner is please visit your hotel sometime

Rejecting the stay by telling various reasons and when I finally went to the room, it was smelly and cockroaches everywhere, no breakfast was provided even though I paid for it in the app, No television, AC is very slow , no dustbin , Please avoid this at all cost

Upon arrival at the property, I was informed that only original documents were accepted for check-in. This policy was not clearly communicated during the booking process on your online platform. Due to this unexpected requirement, I was unable to check in and avail of my stay. I find this policy inconvenient and unfair, as digital or photocopied documents are widely accepted in most hospitality services. Given the lack of prior notification regarding this rule, I request a full refund for my booking. I had booked for 3 guest , But said they didint allowed , they charged us with extra amount of 400 for 3 people . We have booked breakfast , but not provided, Even the television was not working......

bathroom was not clean. The lift was not working, and guy in the reception told that the lift was shut down for the past 1 month. Air conditioning smells bad. actually, I didn't stay at all. I felt by 8 pm. Overall worst management and fake photos

The room was not clean, and the bedsheet and pillow were very dirty. Room service, reception, and management were extremely poor and unresponsive. The ac, shower, and tv were not working. Overall, it was the worst experience. I even had to buy my own bedsheet from outside. Highly disappointed. Hello?

Location of the property is good but the receptionist kept telling me unnecessary things like why did you book bro? please don't book it next time. We don't get paid properly. It's a big issue for us, you shouldn't have booked. Room was not mopped properly. Bed sheets were looking dirty, when asked that is the best room here. If you go to higher floors you will be terrified. Air conditioning was not working, when asked why? it might work moderately and may not. We can't help. Water supply was good and the location is great but poor maintenance and horrible receptionist and staff. No cleanliness, had to crash here as it was late night or else would have changed.

please don't go for this hotel.i booked this hotel for 2days for 1600 after I went for check in they are telling sir we have some problems in make my trip app so u can't see that proper price u need to pay 1400 for per day so I paid extra 1200 after so many arguments their behavior is so worst and rude if u argue to them about that money they will tell u can leave r else we can't give u room like that ..and what an all they mentioned amenities u can't get anything lift is not working, building is under construction room is average only ac is not working properly

Everything about this place is fake. The cleanliness, wifi, television, elevator all these missing. Insisting on extra money. The place is still under construction.

I only had time to book the rooms. The procedure was simple and fast. It was a positive experience.
