Very terrible experience about this hotel. Cheap hotel with dirty washroom; dirty room. First they give u room key We suffer a lot.

Do not book this hotel any more & not to use make my trip because when a problem arises, they support the hotel only due to greed for money and not the customer. I have booked this hotel on 30 August, 2024 Room with breakfast and food and even after paying the money in advance the hotel refused to give food and showing greed demanded money separately for food. hotel staff said that you should talk to make my trip and ask for your money refund but he you have to pay separately. The hotel staff was not even ashamed that there was a 4 year old little girl with us. Then I was compelled to stay there by paying money separately and also gave money for food separately and when I complained about this to make my trip, he too replied in his greed that pay the money separately, we will not be able to help you in any way.

Good facility and how is service very well and staff is very supportable and good location. Food verry fantastic

Average stay and satisfactory services

Nice hotel, close to Sindhi camp bus stand and metro, room are good and spacious and staff is very good and cooperative only a drawback is breakfast.

Room was different than it was shown in pictures, heater was not in the room, bedsheets were not cleaned properly.

I booked a suite in this hotel however one which allotted to me initially did not have proper lighting facilities so they shifted me on other suite posts. I requested however other suite was also the same. The washrooms on both the suits were very untidy. Also as these suites were roadside facing it was very noisy even in the night. Next day I requested to shift me on deluxe category room as all suits were roadside facing. Deluxe room was also not good with same Washroom issue. The worst part was breakfast, no option in breakfast we got Poha in breakfast along with tea in paper cups which is hard to believe. Not recommended for family.

I received best ever services and nice quality food during breakfast purely cooked by their staff members but little improvement made their food will make it as home made food

Maintenance required. Linen are not up the mark

Hotel receptionist allotted us a different room other than we booked, then morning we complaint about it then they shifted us to another room.

Room was perfect and location is also good near to station or Bus stand. Service was fast and helpful staff.

Hotel is at nice location. But hard to find due to metro bridge. Wifi was not working. Breakfast it was mentioned there would be two options but we were told there was no option

Cooperative staff and management

The place is really surrounded in a city atmosphere where going out is really sober for one who loves being around people. Lots of street food options to try for.

Hotel was not maintained. Tv was not working breakfast was cold bucket was dirty no door mate out of bathroom. So bad. Room service was very poor

My check-in time is 12 pm noon but I am entered at the hotel at 12:30, hotel reception guy said that room is not ready give me some time also he said that we are not taking prepaid booking from Make My Trip but this we will manage. We have already taken a facility of brakefast along with my booking I have booked 2 rooms at that hotel. At the morning breakfast my room phone is ringing, reception person said that sir can I send breakfast at your room, I said yes they give me 2 plain parathas with some pickle and a cup of tea in tiny papaer cup. One more thing, hotel staff didn't place towel at my washroom, I called many time but they didn't response. Next day in the morning I called again in aggressive mode then they give towel. So my experience is very bad at this hotel in Jaipur.

Room was good. But hotel is charging extra money for early check-in even though you have already requested about that on MMT. Didn't get extra bed.
