Terrible Stay

When our family reached on above mentioned hotel, hotel manager told us that your booking is not confirmed. He replied that your booking is with make my trip not with our hotel. After contacting with make my trip customer care number several times but no body received the call. We were went to searching near by hotel, but after one hour hotel manager agreed to provide room. This caused mentally harrashment to our family. Also hotel manger dealing with customer with very rudely.

Room rent paid is 4800 for 3 days no amenities shown are at the place. On top of it very unhygienic cockroaches every where.
