Very good hotel with price and comfort but little bit far from M.G Marg. Taxi is available for 20/always. Staffs are very very helpful and friendly.

Not ideal for family. Don't go for this Hotel at this price range

Noisy, bad smelling, dirty rooms. Had a very below average stay here. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel for families at least. There are much better options at much better prices.

I must say that the manager of the Hotel is very cooperative, although it's seems that he is a little bit inexperienced, in terms of the service provided by the tour operator. Anyway, he is a fast learner. Good luck to him.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Mr. Jay the manager was very helpful. Rooms are decent and clean with all basic amenities. The manager helped us to book cabs for sightseeing in good rates. Room service and tea was good. Mg market which is beautiful is 10 mins away. Share taxis are available for the main market. There are a few restaurants nearby.

Very good staff. Prompt service. Very clean room and bathroom. They helped us arrange a taxi when it was scarce. Food is average, room was small for 2 adults and a kid. Note there is no hand faucet in the toilet.
Toilet did not have hand faucet.

Homely atmosphere specious room

Staffs are too good, Location is 1.5 kilometer from mg Marg, sharing taxi available from there. Food is delicious. They helped hiring taxi for sight seeing. I gave 4 star because of long time for food service, little need to improve it. Other than in one word, excellent hotel.
Room is spacious than expected. Well maintained carpet and everything is neat and clean.

Very good stay

We had a very decent stay for 2 nights at this hotel, staff are polite and helping. Manager helped us setting up the local city tour and nathula trip. Food is decent with nominal price. Totally Recommended!
