Hotel staff gave us only one room available for two people while we had booked for 8 people. They were totally engaged in couple friendly entry on hourly basis due to which they had given our rooms to the couples. Later on, at the time of checking out, room key was misplaced due to our 8 bags in one small bedroom and hotel staff didn't allow us to check out without cash payment of rs 500. It was a terrible experiment. It was a terrible experience

Toilet are not clean location is ok food is good hotel palace but not clean to bathrooms i am booking for 3 days but i am check out in 2 days

There was some issuses in the beginning. But thanks to makemytrip. The representative of this had help us and resolved are issue. Overall the staff was soft and polite. The manager helped us after the problem. So overall it was average experience in this hotel.

I booked 2 rooms and eventually i get only one room. The hotel manager said we don't have rooms available.

We had booked two rooms but they only provided one and the service standards were not up to the mark.

one of the worst experience, the owner of the hotel is asking for double amount, even he is not to understand our situation it is 10.40pm in Jaipur when we checked in the hotel and the owner is telling us to go somewhere else or cancel the booking and at that time me and my brother is so tired due to travelling,😔😔😔😔
