Totol cheating on this o vennela residency... Iam already pay tha amount in makemy trip.. Again ask to pay extra amount she is telling make my trip is totally frod...

no soap given in the hotel. The staff behaviour is not good. even the mug is broken in the washroom.

i booked when i reached their he saw my booking details and did check in and telling me u have to pay 450 more charge , i aked why he said no u need to pay.so I left from their and my booked amount also wasted .these is not fair 😭

it was horrible experience, firstly they denied checkin then after speaking they allowed checkin after 2 hours, then got a room with pathetic condition, had zero ventilation and it was stinking to the core. Room was very shabby bedsheet was dirty looks like they dont wash their bedsheets and blankets, lastly as they have mentioned they will provide complimentary break fast thats completely false information. I would give this stay a zero rating you should go for it only if you don't have option. the last thing i will do is go for a stay at vennela. mosquito bites were icing on the cake.

this is the worst experience but the residency receptionist ordered me to pay extra 501/- I'm have the both the payment proofs I'm having the booth the proofs such kind of rooms worst room I didn't faced before

They collected extra amount of 700 from me and your executive told me i viol get the amount refund but they didn't gave me

I book room receptionist ask entra 500 i call customer care arrange better room in another hotel.

Worst maintenance and worst staff staff have don't have minimum comonscen fraud hotel services don't trust this hotel they show less amount on the app and they will collect extra amount don't fall victim to fraud rude staff demands more money

Maintenance is worst. Even pillows & bedsheets are not maintained. Looking dirty, stains & smells bad

Hotel has collected extra amount rs:600 late checkin no neatness no hot water

I paid my booking amount but in the hotel they changed the extra 250 rs extra and rooms are terrible don't suggest any one

This is a bad experience. Refused to give the room till I paid 500 more per day- This is a shock as we were so tired at that hour and did not have any other option. I had to pay that amount.

Room is small and air conditioner doesn't worked properly and room is not maintaining properly lots of dust and bed-sheets and pillows are not clean they don't clean my room. I've done my payment before going to that hotel. But they charged me extra money of rupees 900- unless there is no checkin they said

Worst. After book room and reached hotel they charged extra rs. 400. Hotel managmnet telling that pay rs. 400- other wise give not give room ohrt wise give complanint too fro o for money

Wrist stay ever and the room was too small and in reception they ask extra money to check in. They said like offers not applicable through applications. And rooms was not good

Average bed, bathroom and clean room with silent surroundings. Over all a decent stay, need to improve beds.
