Cicily Cottage Munnar

Can describe in single word. Not clean and not worthy. 1. Rooms were not clean 2. Table inside room is full of dust. 3. Bed sheets not clean 4. Pillows don't have cover. And dirt was visible all over the pillow 4. Bathroom was not clean. 5. No towel provided. 6. To close the door, you need one more person to push and hold. Such a waste. Makemytrip should remove this kind of rooms from the app.

Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Bedsheets were dusty, caused itching and allergy.

I stayed in this cottage for two times, the staff is guest friendly and they allow the check-in even if you're late in the evening. We can have a nice view from the balcony and the property is in the middle of munnar centre with access to all the shops and restaurants. Wi-fi is also available.

Room was not good as shown in the photos

showed me a good photos, after that when we checked in it is a totally disappointed. 1. Rooms are not cleaned2. Not maintained properly3. Doors and bathroom doors are not working4. This cottage is not suitable for family5. If we asked for any help like the tv remote is not working, they didn't respond

Room was bit small size and they didn't changed zero bulb which we requested. They were no additional power sockets.

Comfortable and good maintained

The rooms booked and provided in kochi and munnar were inconvenient, no bed sheets, ac 's were not properly working, room boys are arrogants and demand money for every survive totally money waste for accomodations provided by your organisation.

Even after the room was booked the hotel owner didn't give the room initially. They waited us for a long time and then gave us the room. The power plug was also not working. Overall a very bad service

Was made more beautiful by staying in c icily cottage. Staff are very good. Nice and clean rooms. Excellent view.

There is no traveller parking near cottage. Hot water not available 24 hours. Rate of childrens also add. Please we have not fully satisfied.

Room was not like they have shown in app. Not that much clean. Surrounding environment is not comfortable. Not satisfactory stay. Cottage building is somewhat clumpsy. We done an early check out because of insatisfactory

Room is ok. But, washroom isn't cleaned properly and wifi connection was poor.
