The facility was normal. Needs a lot of maintenance. There is ac, hot water and beach access. But other than that, the doors, pathways, wardrobes all need some maintenance

Direct access to beautiful beach from the resort. Good hospitality by staff and decent rooms. Sea food is good. Early morning tea/coffee/milk is a difficulty. Other than that it's good place for beach lovers.

It was extremely poor customer service totally unsupportive and unfriendly staff both and reception and restaurant rude behaviour of staff not clean good quality is worst water also not good will n kt advise this place to stay for anu one

The location was superb, the amenities were well-maintained, and the services were exceptional; i highly recommend this stay.

The staff was courteous and room cleanliness was on point. Breakfast while simple was well made. The beach is serene with a very long coastline. Acs were functional as well and overall we loved our stay. I will be visiting again!

Very bad service. Provided only one towel in one room irrespective of 3 people staying. The bathroom was filled with doors and insects. We booked two both of them had a pathetic ac which was of zero use. I think they should stop pretending that they are like a 3 star hotel. I won't recommend this property

To start with, the ac makes a lot of noise, and they promised wifi, if y’all are working on a vacation, please carry your own internet connections like a dongle or a hotspot device. The food was decent. Room conditions were absolutely clean. The view was good. Over all not a bad experience.

Location is good room cleanliness and staff behaviour is good. Unfortunately food was not available on the day of visit. But the staff well informed us in early for alternate arrangements. Overall good stay. Ocean water is very clean and not so deep. Very safe to children. Location is very calm.

This resort has 0 maintenance and there is only one staff member for your service. Mobile network is very poor here and even wifi is not working properly. No amenities in this resort and no proper maintenance done.

Stay was good. Near to the beach. Nice food, but costly. Cooperative peoples. Improvement required in room facilities.

The service was very bad. And ac not working all the time. And no proper people management. Had a bad experience with the stay.

The room was spacious. You have good access to beach. Best place to party. If you get your own vehicle or rent a car/bike, then you'll absolutely love this place.

Overall maintenance is worst. Not worth a single rupee. We booked this hotel even though it is pretty far from gokarna/murdeswar to enjoy the beach view. But the maintenance is horrendous and breakfast they provide is d grade quality

Over priced

Apart from its a private beach, there nothing good about the place, the rooms were very basic & don’t get excited by seeing the reviews, you won’t even get a decent food to be honest. You gotta go there all prepared. If you’re couple who’d like to have some privacy, then you might consider going. Connectivity is also very poor to the place.

Given different room manager was expected more money to give us room which we have booked 😡 vary hygiene room and bathroom

1. Rooms were not ready when we went for check in inspite of doing an informed late check in 2. Alternate rooms were provided meanwhile which was in horrible condition. Dirty room and ac wasn't working 3. Got our rooms ready only by dinner time 4. Dinner was quite good in terms of taste and quantity but breakfast was equally pathetic 5. No toiletries provided. Not even enough towels 6. There is just one guy ruining around for everything pro: location which is hardly few metres from the beach

property’s location is excellent we enjoy our stay there with family , Veg food was not that good, hygiene for food was not that good but rooms were clean & safety standards followed

Property was on the ocean and was clearly worth for money. Staff was helpful and good!
