Bizz The Hotel

I checked in at 11 AM and had to check out the same night at 11:30 PM. I knew that, as per rule, breakfast is served the next morning. However, since I would not be staying overnight, I politely requested if they could provide at least some part of the breakfast that was already included in my package. Shockingly, both the staff and their managers flatly denied and said they could only offer tea or coffee “as complimentary,” which was already available in the room. This shows a complete lack of flexibility and basic hospitality. For a property charging premium rates, the least they could have done was provide something simple from the kitchen – poha, idli, fruits, or any light dish. Instead, there was zero effort and zero support. Both staff and their managers clearly lack understanding of service excellence. Senior management must take immediate action and train the team to handle such situations with empathy and professionalism. Rooms may look fine, but the poor attitude of staff and their managers completely destroys the guest experience. Paying for a day such treatment was an absolute waste.

I must say it’s the best hotel so far I had ever visited in entire Gujarat, Team are being so courteous during guest in interaction. Special thanks to Mr.Bhim who never disappoint me with the best hospitality’s and Miss. Sagarika the one who always assist me the best food in morning buffet.

All staff are very supportive & humble. Food is good. Dine in food charge costly. Room & washroom is clean. Safe to stay for single person.

Checkin = good, luggage shifting from car to room = average, room = below average with just 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel between 4 occupants & many chipped off mini tiles in bathroom.

Location very good. Food also very good. Amenities excellent. Services excellent. I recommend this hotel.

We were stunned by the bizarre policies we encountered at check-in. With our toddlers beside us, the man at the reception demanded our marriage certificate, solely because my last name doesn’t match my husband’s on our ID cards. This isn’t even a legal requirement—it’s a ridiculous, arbitrary rule made up by the hotel! It gets worse. The policy states that all guests, even those with young children, must present “matching documentation” or they’ll demand additional “proof” of our relationship. This includes absurd requirements like marriage certificates, which are totally irrelevant to the situation. It’s intrusive and unfair, especially to families who are simply here to relax. Apparently, this rule is “non-negotiable,” meaning they won’t make exceptions for anyone, regardless of how absurd or unreasonable it is. They even had the audacity to say that we should find another hotel if we couldn’t comply with this nonsense. This entire policy is an invasion of privacy, a complete lack of understanding, and an outright insult to paying guests.

It was comfortable stay and staff was very helpful and caring. Looking forward to stay again whenever it’s needed.

I was having an early check out and especially for us, the chef made hot and fresh breakfast which is truly appreciated 👍. otherwise I have seen most of the hotels insist preferably cut fruits and Tetra pack juice . 3 cheers for the cook and floor manager 👌👌👌💐💐💐

Food wasn’t great. Overall okay type of hotel at this price range. There are much better options in this price range.

The hotel's location, ambiance is excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and the food was nice. Staff behaviour was also nice and supportive. Overall i will recommend the hotel to stay during the trip to rajkot.

The rooms are a bit old and there is some unpleasant smell inside the room also the ac duct is covered full of dust also pillows are bit dirty

A great hotel to stay for business or family traveling. Budget hotel and fabulous stay also the staff are good and courteous

Bizz the Hotel is good for staying, having excellent cleaning around the hotel as well room also, staff behaviour is very nice, I have enjoyed peaceful staying over there
