The tent was decent and the staff was warm. But there were 2 issues. Firstly, the camp is far from the Bir Market and as such there is not much to do nearby. Secondly, there wasn't any crowd. The day i went there were only 3-4 of us in total which wouldn't lead to any good atmosphere

Overall the stay was good, we were staying in luxury swiss camp which was quite spacious. The location is great if you are looking for some peace and quiet, the market is around 4 km so it's better to have your own convenience rather than going back and forth in a cab as that can be a bit expensive. The only issue is with the food, there is nothing fancy but as it's a camp we were not expecting a lot. The staff is nice, polite and cooperative. You can always take a small trek to nearby areas. Suggest to go in march april as jun e was very hot.

apko free me upgradation nhi mila. Jo apko camp tha apko wahi diya gya. Humne apko upgradation k lye bhi bola 50 percent charge less kr k. Apko customer care me call kr k confirm krone k lye kaha gya. Lekin apko free me upgrade chahiye tha jo possible nhi tha. Hum apko apka camp kyu nhi denge sir jb hnare pass camps available the? lekin aap common washroom wala camp k price me luxury camp chahthe the jo possible nhi tha.

One of the most affordable tent around bier

The location is 15 minutes from bir's volvo parking. Rent a bike to reach there. The staff here was very nice. Location is not mesmerizing but still beautiful. You can reach bangor waterfall in 10 minutes and the grocery stores are also nearby. Good to spend a night or two.

The place was exactly it looked. However the owner on multiple occasions behaved rudely which is totally unacceptable behaviour for me. Service was satisfactory but they take hours to deliver your order as they are understaffed.
