Pathetic service!

When we reached the staff didn't know we had booked a room and paid also. They took so much time to verify. They switched off the electricity and water supply purposely to irritate the guests. And later they talked so rudely! the room had insects and thousands of ants! nvr gonna visit again!

Very bad food and service

Very poor quality of service and food. The behavior of the staff is very worst. In this hotel tv is not working, the bathroom and room are not clean food were not good I am suggesting please ignore to stay in this hotel.

Worst experience had by friends

The hotel was hard to find, the room floor was wet, and room walls were too wet due to that room was so cold at night, TV not working, AC also not working. Will not recommend visiting this hotel.

Only one person was handling the hotel, the service was very poor, there was no hot water had no information about forest tourism and couldn't arrange guide for local sight seen even the rooms where not good according to tariff we paid to you.

Good hotel in budget

Rooms were clean and spacious, but have leakage marks, tata sky not working due to bad wheather. No WiFi. View from room was awesome. Room service and hotel staff were very friendly and prompt. Food quality is good and reasonable. Inshort. Good hotel to stay.
