The rooms are small but good. The tv did not work as they had not recharged subscription. They kept on trying for a long time but it did not work. Effectively there was no TV. The service was good and staff cordial and cooperative. Suggestions for owner: (1)Keep tea/coffee kettle in rooms. We did not get tea till almost 8 am as the milkman came late. (2)Recharge subscription at least for bookings made in advance (we had booked months in advance). (3)The geyser capacity is small. Just 1/2 bucket. Not enough.

Hotel btp is very good. All staff are of btp are friendly. We experienced homely atmosphere. Thanks btp for your hospitality. Every time i visit chikhaldara, i will stay only in btp with regards. Vinod tode nagpur

I had a short stay here for one night. The rooms are clean and the staff are very cordial and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but good and filling. I would definitely recommend this location.
