From chennai airport cab driver reached the property. A secluded natural beauty though the approach road needs improvement. Staffs are too good.

As garden villa stay

To get out of busy lifestyle, it’s quiet a good place to stay. Swimming pool experience is really good and it maintained well. Only concern is the food which they are currently working on

The stay was good and staffs were very helpful. But thing s the location is bit outer. So we need to travel 10km for shops. Also a group of gents were also there. Who were roaming all allround with only towels. It was quite uncomfortable for family people.

It was 43 kilometres from vellore. Not comfortable at all. I could not stay for single day. It is loss of money. Worst hotel in village

Dear mr. Tiwari, greetings for the day! we thank you for the time taken to provide us with the feedback. We take very serious with our feedback from our guest with genuine complaints. However in this case it is not the same. We would to remind you that we had informed our distance from vellore institute as 40 kms and it will take 45 min drive time, when you had called to confirm the booking with us. With regards to our service, reception team had called prior to your arrival and understood that you will be reaching during lunch hour, so they went ahead took an extra step to take your lunch order over the phone and it was ensured that was ready when you had arrived to the resort. The check in was at 14:00 hrs and the room was provided without any delay, post lunch you had proceeded to the institute and asked us to clean the room, the same was done. However you had not returned to the property at all. When we called to find out the reason you had informed that you found an accommodation near the institute and will not come back due to the travel time it took. The total time you had stayed in the property was less than 2 hrs. Since the online cancellation policy was applicable we were unable to refund your room charges, as service recovery from our side the lunch bill was made complimentary for you.
