I had a very comfortable stay at ARK Hotels, Ranchi. It’s a no-nonsense, clean, and well-maintained property — clearly a newly built hotel with a focus on guest comfort. The location is quite convenient, making it a practical choice for both business and personal trips. What really stood out for me was the staff — always helpful, courteous, and attentive. A special mention to Kapil ji and Parveen, who went out of their way to ensure my stay was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay in Ranchi with genuinely good service, I’d highly recommend ARK Hotels.

Excellent location, easy to find though MakeMyTrip gave the wrong property location Access road needs to improve Courteous staff, very helpful New, clean rooms though space is very small Bed was very comfortable, soft but not springy

Place is good, clean, newly made hotel. They dont have dining right now so we had to order from zomato. Hope they get it soon. Rest all was good.
