Hotel is good but area and the service are little bit bad but according to pricing it is ok

Only basic things available. Toilet was clean. But no hot water geyser ground floor carpet was wet with water. No caretaker readily av l. Have to call several times for even drinking water

The hotel is really good as it was very clean and situated at a nice place. The staffs are also co-operative.

It was a pleasant stay loved it. Host was good. Ready for emergencies situation like temperature change

The property was somehow tolerable but the service and aminities were very poor. The photos that are uploaded are not the same when we reached there.

Though central hot water souce was present, but hot water guizer was not present in individual bathroom.

Good behaviour of staff. Home made food served. Due to rainy weather found to be very cold, room heater & extra blanket provided.

This property is located two km from the main market. If you do not opt for the food at the time of booking then it will face a problem. The quality of food is average. The wash room is below average. The management of the hotel is co-operated but they are not able to see or solve the negative situations professionally but views are excellent from the hotel rooms. Overall this property rating is below average.

The room is average. Room service is not up to the mark. Charge extra for room service even charge rs 50 extra for 4 piece paper plate.

Location of the ' homestay' please bear in mind, its a homestay and not a hotel, is a little far from the town centre market. The rooms are spacious and more or less comfortable. However they are not offering any room heating equipment and it's a major let down in the cold. Mind you the rooms become extremely cold at night and even though they provide as many blankets you need, but the presence of heater is sorely missed. The homestay manager is soft spoken and attentive and tried to solve all our issues to the best of his intentions and i must appreciate his help as without it our stay would have been even more painful. As per him their restaurant was under renovation and due to the remote location of the homestay, getting any food from the market center was always a pain and needed prior planning

There were no restaurants or food coner @hotel. On request also the owner did not help us for food no tea or coffee in morning in bitter cold we had to go 2km for breakfast tea. Very bad setup

Rooms are in excellent condition. Clean and sanitized washrooms.

Nice calm place to stay. Irsad is very nice jentle and most helpfull. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are nice.

The location is a bit far from base camp, where free langar is available. - maybe about 1 km. The hotel staff let me select choice of room, and even woke me up early morning to remind me of my early start of pilgrimage. I would only suggest to improve cleanliness by cleaning thoroughly more often, the room and bath. Overall a good value for money experience.

Staying in good condition in pahelgam

No hot water from night to morning, no one to attend in late night, even tea was not available till 8 am. Stinking bathroom. Overall very disappointing.
