Amritara Riverside Camp

Great location. Less staff resulting in poor services. No option in complimentary breakfast. Seems to be ignored by the owners. Not worth for the price.

Very good location near forest and river. A beautiful village to walk around. Those who want a refreshing nature break, it's perfect. No wifi or proper mobile data available in that area. property is little older but interiors are well maintained. You will not get a room boy to carry your luggage. No kettle in room. No room service. You have to do everything your own. Evening nature walk is good, but guide is not professional enough. But offcourse it's a camp more than a hotel. if you are considering it as a trekking, kayaking, Birds watching trip , it's so good. Food options are limited. Actually all other Amritara properties I visited have a very good food options to select from. Here you have to eat what ever they give. It's a refreshing trip. Mornings Cycling was exceptional. Only thing is you have to make yourself comfortable .

Excellent property, good food and lovely scenery around. Loads of things to do as well. Perfect place of solitude to enjoy nature

Good care taker. Even though the camp was full the team handled it very well. Clean rooms. Morning time is the best lot of birds and their chirps around.

No proper management. Nothing to say further. Stayed with family and nothing much to do there. Expectations were higher but failed.

A wonderful experiaemce altogether this is the second time we are coming and each time we feel like nee, well maintained and staffs are really cooperative

Excellent location and services. Complimentary kayaking for 30 mins are offered. The tents are clean with all sorts of amenities including ac and attached bath and have nets to prevent insects.

It was a nice experience out there. The area is quiet and very peaceful. The staffs also so much corporate and well behaved. One suggestion is there the rate is costly and no complaints with that package. Any way it is a nice experience and will ref-fer the property for others also. Thank you

For nature lovers, this place will be loved by them naturally. Thanks to the resort staffs who are guiding the tourist/guests with clear and crisp descriptions.

Ambience is good. Stay was fine. New experience. Needs to improve food. Not god when compared with the price they are charging

Good location, good staff, well maintained. It is a luxury tent loved the property. Very less food choices. Dinner starts at 8:30pm. No choice if you want early dinner.

Along the riverside, excellent location and tent was luxurious and it was neat clean. Suresh incharge of camp took care of each one personally. Kudos to his team for excellent hospitality.

Wonderful ambiance, serene nature's retreat, nice hospitality, good food, value for money, and above all, great staff.

It was a serene experience, we found this place accidentally and it was one of the best stays of our journey in kerala. All night we could hear different bird songs, animal sounds, we finally felt like we were away from our city lives. We will definitely visit this place again, i highly recommend it!

Our experience are very bad, the description about the resort in social media was really wrong. They don't have a proper reception also

The staff there is very kind and helpful. It’s good for bachelors. Would not recommend for couples or family because it’s camp and you have to live in big tent. You would feel a insecure. There is guard. There is no water for kayaking. and of all the cycles only 2 are in any working condition. The season for kayaking is during December when there would be water. It’s better to call them and book. Ask if these activities are available and send pics if possible. Don’t expect much from complementary food. it’s something they get from outside. nearest hotels are like 10-15 km away.

Horn-bill camp is an excellent choice for your holidays. Great hospitality by caretaker mr bonnet and team. Kids enjoyed a lot. Ambient space for activities and leisure.

We enjoyed stay at Hornbill Camp. First time staying in tent, and we enjoyed a lot, great ambience. Food was just okay (was not all spicy as buffer dinner was common including foreigners). Thought amount for 2 non veg dinner is bit costly. Overall very good.
