Amantran Hotel & Resort

The services should have been properly explained, attention should be given to cleaning the premises. The arrangement of the cottage was not satisfactory. Food was good.

Most terrible stay till date. I have travelled to multiple locations and covered 20+ states but have not come across such worst property ever. Beds were not clean at all, century old washroom. They claim for swimming pools but it was completely clogged and we were not even informed prior. Tara Maa temple is far from the property and feels isolated , so basically it does not offer any thing good. Staff behaviour is not at all professional and sluggish

Standard type of room conditions. Window ac not working properly. Room space too small normal food but rate was high

This resort is waste of money and your precious time that you take from your daily hectic life. Make my trip must make sure that no one feels like cheated after paying this huge amount. They just make us feel like you paid and we made you fool and no options left

Food was very good. I liked the location. Hotel staffs were cooperative. Good stay altogether. Would love to visit again. One suggestion the hotel needs a bit of renovation. Save and except that no complaints.

Room service not ok as the service boy asks to order in a single time its not possible coz anything can be required anytime & its his duty to accomplish coz he has been there for this and paid for this

The staffs were having a attitude/ego problem with the customers in the resort there was no proper service. U have to wait for 35mins for food in the restaurant n they wont give any room service n at the end of the day they come in a group of 3/4 to ask for the tips but they wont give u a single service. I would prefer not to stay in this resort further n would prefer u all the same if u want to save your hard earned money

Room: i booked an ac deluxe cottage room no 602. We were 3 adults and 1 child, the cottage was too small to accommodate even 3. Very little space. Bathroom was ok but without an exhaust. It felt like a torture chamber. The ac was an old one, which work as a cooler at a fixed temperature. No dining table no wardrobe. Swimming pool was ok. Food is below average and overpriced

Room telephone was not working, for order something i have to go down stairs. No doubt the ambience of hotel was good & also the staff response was too good

Hospitality is good, nice friendly atmosphere, room is also good, enjoyed the swimming pool with great experience, there are lots of things to do in the resort, all over its better experience with make my trip & amantran resort, i will give 5star rating

We have booked ac cottage for 3 adult as per booking but 3 person cannot sleep in cottage bed so we asked for another room. They provide lower standard room 101 which is too bad, smelly bed and blankets, 2inch hard mattress, broken and rusted washroom. This lower standard room are charged more than. They give too hurry for check out in this off season. Only room staff and food quality is okay. outside space, parking, swimming pool is good. Rest of all things are not acceptable and manageable. After all amantran hotel is our nightmare room are like 500-700 bucks. please do some maintenance in hotel.

The receptionist is very rude, and the rooms are not clean. Service is poor, they take a very long time to provide the service. Overall not a pleasant experience

Ok. Need more professional approach from the resort. Staffs are arrogant & doesn’t value customers

Room maintain nhi tha, dogs are moving around room, bathroom, beds are not clean, light bulb broken in bathroom, hotel staff behave like gunda, mineral water not availabel. Bahut bura experience rha is resort ka.

The inclusions provided in description are not there. The cottage had no facilities like hair dryer cupboards toiletries as given in description and they do not provide tea or snacks as and when demanded. Like no provision of morning tea before 9 or tea evening tea before 7

food quality is good but ☕ is very costly. atmospheres is good

It was a good and comfortable stay. Food is deliciously awesome. Food rate is also reasonable. Some issues were there. Water problem in ac. Balcony door did not have stopper. Staff were polite and well behaved. During booking full address of the hotel and correct distance of the hotel from tarapith temple should be shown. During booking it showed within 1 km from tarapith temple, however, in reality it is located at 3. 5 km distance from tarapith temple.
