The rooms were neat and clean. The staffs were supportive and friendly. Yet i felt that the rooms were not worth 3000 per night.

Manager is very helping. Thankful to him. I have stayed along tamilnadu. But comparing them. Room of this residency is small. Parking is problem for big cars since the opposite road was occupied by vehicle along the road.

groupWe were group of 4 colleagues and we were given only 2 blanket and 1towels for the stay. After requesting many times we were provided 1 extra towel and 1 blanket. This is not acceptable.

I booked this hotel from 28th December 2019 for 2 nights. I went by reviews and got fooled. The hotel is situated in a dark bylane and looks shady. It's an old apartment complex which has been let out as hotel rooms without any modification, not even a fresh coat of painting. There may be one or two rooms which have been done up for the photoshoot. The rest of the property is old, dark and shady. The room allotted to me was a one bedroom apartment which has old floors, bath fittings and furniture. They don't even have a proper wardrobe. There is one shelf in the dining area with a depth of 6 inches and with stone slabs to keep stuff. There is no wash basin with mirror to shave. The bathroom has broken fittings and is dirty. They don't even have a master bed size bed sheet. They had used two single bed sheets instead. Definitely not worth the charge. I hope my review gets posted.

familyWorst stay. The apartment turned into a hotel. In the junior suite, AC installed only in a room that cannot accommodate an extra bed. So your kids will stay outside without AC. The restaurant is not functional for breakfast. They serve fixed thali breakfast in the room and no tea, coffee or eggs. It's detestable South Indian food with no choice. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
