The stay was all comfortable, but the dinner buffet spread could have been better and more delicious. Rest all is decent and the hotel is also at good location.

Actually I booked for 3 people but while checking out they charged for extra bed for 3 rd person that too for my kid . Is this included for 3 person even though I payed for all 3

Overall excellent 👍 except your Restaurant where we felt space constraints perhaps being a Sunday morning breakfast

Everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged. The staff displayed great sincerity and professionalism, ensuring that all needs were met promptly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the overall experience very smooth.

The location was excellent right next to the race course road. The rooms where spacious and clean. Food was served late, we had to wait for nearly 45 minutes after placing order as they were giving preference for buffet

We have stayed at this property many times before... Prime location, well maintained amenities and prompt courteous service is definitely reason to visit often

The location is awesome having a beautiful jogging track just opposite the hotel. Breakfast was elaborate and delicious. Rooms were well appointed.it was a comfortable and nice stay.

Excellent long stay at this hotel with my elderly parents! The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially with my parents. They went out of their way to assist us and ensured that we never felt away from home. I highly recommend Vivanta in Coimbatore...

Very nice to stay. Food and Hospitality services are very good. I am frequently visited this property. Our Childrens are enjoyed so much.

The check in experience and the room experience was worst. Got a room which was prepared for one person stay and allocated for double occupancy. Then the worst was to dial front desk - 8 times with no response and finally 9th attempt - a sorry as we all are busy. Never expected this from a TAJ property. The manager came and went back without checking also what all needs to be kept for double occupancy - like glass, cup for tea, towels etc. another the hotel is not having smart TV.

Wow stay at great price... great location to roam around the heart of Coimbatore ... Located in the race course which has a walking track

The rooms are okay but house keeping is below average. The washroom was not clean. The food is just horrible. Their idea of good food is to throw in red chillies in everything. Even chinese food like noodles was overloaded with red chillies. The desserts were bad. The cakes felt stale. The mutton quality was disgusting.

Outstanding food and stay. Very courteous staff, especially at the restaurant, since they customer made a few things for the kids, as per our request. Highly recommended.
