Amit Saberwal is Senior Vice President - International Markets, at MakeMyTrip.com. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of Online Hotels, expansion of MMT operations, and business development for the overseas market.

He has been with MakeMyTrip.com for 7 years now. His previous assignments at MakeMyTrip include: responsible for complete distribution of MakeMyTrip products through B2C and B2B channels across India; development of new business lines such as Domestic India holidays, Meetings & Incentives, Trade Fairs; and setting up MMT's holidays call center.

He has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. Earlier, he worked as Director Sales and Marketing with The Park Hotels in Bangalore and New Delhi.

Amit is a Hotel Management graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing from National Institute for Sales, New Delhi. He spent time at Cornell University honing his professional skills as an hotelier. Amit's interests include Scuba Diving, solving Sudoku and crossword puzzles, and sampling exotic cuisine.
