Since there was renovation work going in the above floor, there was leakage in our bathroom. Flush wasnt working properly. There was water leakage at the door entrance too. There was this cigarette smell in the room.

This was the second time i visited on the last good experience this time also i got the same service & hospitality here but there was a alterations & construction going on so full of noise, sound the whole day there were little improvement needed in the room also like basin mirror bathroom mat night lamp cupboard sound room kettle minor things rest we are happy thx

The room's first appearance was not satisfied. Bed sheets were not washed properly. Everywhere dust was there. Dustbin also looked dirty. Bathroom pipes water flow very slow. Room service was very bad. Even though our stay was 2 days we didn't get room service. Overall i was not at all comfortable with this room at this high cost. Food was ok. Location of the hotel is best

The stay experience was slightly lower than the food offered as complimentary. The rest rooms had a huge opening which were supposed to be closed with a window or glass. Room size was also not that spacious to occupy 4 members. Complimentary breakfast offered is not in the property. I had to walk to the next hotel (which is one of their group tied up) 5min away. However since that hotel was a bigger one. The food offering was good. Breakfast was buffet with decent options. Reception staff had trouble understanding english. And were more of only kannada fluent.

familyTerrible room, everything broken. Should not charge more than 1000. They advertised in house restaurant. However they dont have anything you have to rely on swiggy zomato. I booked this because of the hotel having restaurant but it was a let down. As it was raining, could not even get online delivery and had to check out in the evening itself. Room was also in terrible condition

Terrible experience

Had a terrible experience. We reached around 2pm. Even though our checkin was at 12 pm the room wasn’t ready even after 2 hrs. Room entrance was filled with water. There was water leakage in the ac. Couldn’t use ac in one of the rooms. Biggest blunder was the room was not cleaned at all. The bedsheet was not clean. It had flowers, hair spread over of previous customer which was disgusting. Shower was not clean.
