When In Gurgaon - Service Apartments | Opp. Artemis Hospital

I kept requesting to change the bedsheet and they kept providing dirty ones. Half of the time they didn’t have the food on the menu. Bad and delayed service.

It was a nice stay. Food was good. Hotel room was clean and maintained. Location was also nice. Though there were some small black ants in the floor.

Property is clean, well maintained and hygienic. Room has tv, fridge and almirah.

This food is very testy. We love it because it’s a very testy and delilah itami it’s praise is reasonable to according to this hotel

if you r not traveling for medical reasons, then this property is definitely a NO

Very bad stay. Worst room service. Door locks damaged. No black out curtains. For the glasses i had to call demo 4th time and too came after an hour or so. Horrible. Nothing more to say. Overall a very bad experience with no good food. We cannot order from zomato or swiggy as they don't allowed. Except between 3 to 6pm

They didn't changed the bedsheets each day, even for the water they are charging a hefty amount. That's not a ethical thing i believe.

Clean comfortable location good

Location was good. Food hygiene should improve. Safety and staff behavior was good.

We went there for the night and we checked the bed sheets there were ants on the bed sheet there were houseflies the water was not coming and the room was smelling please do not enter this property

The stay was comfortable, the staff was very helpful and adept. The location is good with nearby eateries, and stalls. The food of the hotel is good and inexpensive. Only the balconies are hot due to ac outlets and coverage.

Not at all good staff was not good for small small things u need to wait for an hour or so nothing was working properly no ac nothing

There were stains on towels and need sheets. Below par hygiene.

My stay here turned out to be very inconvenient. Lamps are not working in the room, our floor was dusty when we came here, there's no wifi available, the hand shower is leaking, the fans are too noisy, we asked for plates and spoons but they always say they dont have it and send paper plates, we did not even have any amenities in our room when we came like the kettle, glasses, tea bags etc which every hotel has, our cupboard was locked already + the bathroom seems unhygienic and the jet spray of the toilet was leaking, don't go by the photos, in the photos its the pictures of when it was maybe newer or better lighting! it had all white lights and the flooring was really dirty as well. And when they sent the plates afterward, they had dust on them and if we would have not seen the dirt, we would have eaten dirty food. And one time the other staff member denied us complimentary water bottles saying nothing is complementary here! rest when we mentioned them they tries to resolve the issues, it took them some time but i won't recommend giving for 2 days here, not worth it!

As per the price it was nice.

The bed sheets were not clean. Room and washroom similar. Had to change the room 3 times. Wifi speed and range terrible. The responses for anything takes extremely long time. Half of the staff helpful, remaining half terrible. Washrooms have things not working. Cleanliness is an issue.
