Lavish and luxurious resort. Well maintained swimming pool. Lovely place to stay in VRINDAVAN. Beautiful resort with many amenities. Very tasty restaurant food. We enjoyed our stay fully. Highly recommended for all.

Tasty food of both the restaurants of the complex. Buffet breakfast has lot of varieties. Food ordered on reception is also very tasty. Sevice boys are active and respond promptly. Premium quality bedsheets, towels, soaps, shampoos, ac comforters provided. Recommended stay for all.

No facilities is available. Even property is also rented. Very high price and due to lack of service

Will never recommend anyone to stay in the property, there is no reception and only one house keeping guy there. Rooms are in horrible condition with stinking smell. Blanket not there in freezing temperatures. Staff are rude, no electric kettle or water bottles provided, worst property to book.

Everything was so perfect. Nothing to add. Staying was great. Awesome stay. Friendly staff. They took good care of my parents who stayed there. 100 % hygiene, every single corner is sanitised, sanitizer is kept at all places. A very grand hotel with all amenities and really would like to come again.

Neat and clean suites. Everything available in suites. Even aqua-guard for drinking water. It saved a lot of money on drinking water. Good service staff. 24 hours housekeeping available as per your comfort. I have recommended this resort to my all friends and relatives. Highly recommended stay in puri for everyone.

Terrible stay. Not at all like pics seen in your profile, not safe. Balcony door lock was not working. Too bad

The location was great room was also very nice and the shops for food which are at the entry gate are terrific u can get all the things in these shops

Excellent hospitality, courteous, helping staff, good food and lovely ambience. Great experience. Fantastic response from the staff. I had a very friendly experience and full cooperation from the staff.

There was no dustbin, no towel, the room was not spacious, the bed was not clean

This hotel resort does not exist there. They just have a small room in omax city which have lots of mosquitoes and they don’t even provide towel or any basic amenities nether there is any restaurant nor there is any room service. They just come at the time of check in and checkout.

Checked-in and realized that there was no water supply in the washroom. Had to wait for 2.5 hours, made multiple calls, even wrote an email to the property manager, but no response. Finally, they moved us to a different room, where there was no mirror, mosquitos everywhere, unhygienic, the comforter was extremely dirty. I had a terrible experience with my wife. Staff is rude, didn't even escort us properly. We had 3-4 bags, which me and my wife brought ourselves, while the attendant was playing a game on his mobile. we literally ran the next day at 10am. worst case, the staff calls me at 6.30am in the morning, to ask me when am I checking out.

they provided used bedsheet, mattresses, blankets. no one there was listen. asked us to buy toiletries from their shop. They charged for extra person but didn't provide blanket. bedsheet were so dirty that you can't think to sleep on that. provided extra mattress which stale and was full of dirt. Don't go by their name as this is a pathetic apratment in a society.

No soap in room, no blankets. It was not a hotel, it was a commercial complex in which they have rented few rooms. Some alarm was beeping 24/7 in the building. Corridor was stinky and full of garbage. There was a big mouse in the room. Chair provided had only 3 legs with 1 leg broken.

i think 1 will be better. i had booked a hotel namely vrindavan hotel and resorts. but when i reached their. their was no hotel of this name. it was just apartment without any reception and without any facilities other than a room. i had no other option in the night. i was with family. so i decided to stay their. but i was very worried especially security concerned. really it is very bad experience. i was not expected that. photos shown of the hotel like dining hall, swimming pool etc. totally wrong. their were no such aminities. i paid for the amenities and security and also for service. but i didt feel anything.

Firstly, it was not any hotel or resort. It looks like they lease upon on omaxe property which are not sold. No receptionist, no attendant. They call you directly and handover key of room. After they take not any responsibility anything. Rooms are small, not cleanliness. Even no recharge of dish tv. No proper transport from prem mandir i really recommend not to stay in this property any circumstances you have. Thank you

"the hotel staff was beyond exceptional. During the past years i have been to hundreds of events at dozens of hotels and i can't recall ever having things run as smoothly as they did for us here. I was so pleased with the staff. Couldn't find a better hotel with so beautiful interior. The food was amazing. The staff was amazing. Overall a very delightful experience

We had worst experience at the place. There was no sign board for hotel. I asked at the shops under the building, no on knew about it. Phone no provided was actually of some hotel There is no reception, no manager, only one arrogant sweeper managing. This is a building in om-ex society. The room offer was small, had spider webs, mosquitos, some insects on bathroom roof. When i ask for change, sweeper said there is no other rooms available. I had to wait for 2 hours, he even did not picked up the phone. Then i had to adjust in another room provided. No amenities as mention. Not even toletries or towel.
