Good cafe , good view , good staff , neat maintenance, good architecture and close to temple

we paid for an AC room but the AC was not working the whole night.. disappointing.

The room cost too high and no breakfast in the hotel provided, they don’t have basic amenities in the room like kettle. The view we stayed was hill view but the construction work was going in the hotel so no privacy if we open the curtains. We have disturb sleep because of misquote’s and the bed cover was teared.. We went with the infant and it’s too costly we payed and it’s waste of money.

I booked this stay based on positive reviews. I find the reviews are genuine after completion of my stay here. Rooms are clean and neat. Staff are welcoming and polite. My overall experience is 5/5. No complaints from my side. Due to some issues I had to check out lately but hotel management supported me and just charged reasonable for extended stay.

Excellent location and good hospitality. Special thanks to Krishna Prasad. One negative comment: it was noisy at night. Kids were playing and screaming till 1 a.m. Repeated loud noise from closing the doors. My sleep was affected badly. The place was clean.

The ambiance of the hotel good.Room was comfortable. Near to winch station.Staff very friendly Under ground covered parking was comfortable. Even though they don't have restaurant the small food outlet in the compound was convenient.

Property is just 5 minutes away from Palani murugan temple and a lot of good south indian restaurants. Neat clean rooms. Kind Attentive staff. Overall very comfortable stay

Hotel is close to Rope car and winch station. Hotel is well maintained, clean rooms, clean bathrooms and interiors are really good.

Stay is good, Hot water available. It was very close to Winch train station.car parking is also available. Ac is working fine and staff is also Good.

Great experience having temple view stay booked for family. few things to address one is restroom door lock issue and frequent power cut problems which needs to be looked at. cleaning staffs are so friendly and room services are very nice.

Room was good and neat. Temple is near. However the service don’t seem upto the mark. Even we informed we will check in a bit late and make us check-in quick they took a while to arrange the room. Custome treatment was not that satisfactory. Apart from that it is a good stay
