Booked the entire apartment but was not given the whole apartment, and after reaching MakeMyTrip another room was given. Experience was not so pleasant!

Hello ma'am, sorry to say but I was handling you personally and that day no one else was there apart from you. You booked one room still because of you I did not entertain any client and now you are saying this highly disgraceful.
