coupleIt’s managed by an individual and calling the client at 11 pm and dictating his own terms which is no where in the MMT terms Further as a third party he is demanding adhar copies over mail for sharing 4 digit code over phone with out having service desk at the properties have contract with MMT and therefore denied sharing copies The person contacted me claim it over phone that he is the owner of the property and so on with our having any documents either shared by MMT or me. We therefore need refund .i strongly advise MMT client not to book this property at all since it’s shady

Dear Thangarasu, We thank you for your reply but we strongly disagree with your feedback. As required by law we have to keep a record of all guests with their official ID ( aadhar, passport or driving license) which is also mentioned in our property rules on the booking page. Also we have clearly mentioned it is an apartment with self access hence does not require any service desk. Your allegation of we being a shady place is proved not to be true with your own confirmation that we were wanting guest id proof and shady places do not bother about ID proofs. Even though you are a MMTBLACK member and must have shared ID proof with MMT upon taking the membership they do never pass on any ID proofs to any property on your behalf, you are required to give to all properties as it is your ID. I hope you will appreciate our lawfulness and desire to serve cleints with a fantastic stay by law abiding citizens. Hope we would have cleared your doubts.
