Food was good, rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful, overall service is amazing. All type of payment options were available, outside food is not allowed however inhouse restaurant is commendable. Except few hurdles like WIFI was not working, gym was not available.

Overall good property. Value for money stay in the city. Neat and clean property. Rooms were big and nicely done

Hotel is good. Room is good, but wifi was not working. Restaurant not working, food supplied only in room. Serving staff is good.

We visited this property a few weeks ago and now this week, last time we gave 5 rating because of the hospitality, but now it is completely different, we are giving 3 stars only for the rooms, the service is average, and most important thing is that if you book through mm t they shorten the food menu, you are left with only 3 to 4 options, if you are planning to stay in more than two days then do not book, otherwise, you will get bored of eating the same food again and again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

My stay was excellent at tulip resort. The ambiance of resort is too good and room was clean with proper hygiene. The staff of hotel is also very polite and they provide good service

My stay at tulip resorts hisar was really good. It was comfortable, and the staff there was polite and very cooperative. The check in and check out was also hassle free as i didn't have to wait for any unnecessary formalities. The food at the resort was of good quality. The only issue i had in my room was that the air conditioner was not providing enough cooling and was making a loud and irritating noise. Otherwise the room was clean, with all the amenities and the location of the resort is perfect.

Switches were not working, 500ml water bottle only for the day per person else pay charges. No bath tub, balti or jug nothing, just take shower. Floor not clean. Lot of noise coming from outside.

There was no water supply in the room staff was not responding to the issue, until l we raised the issue with make my trip
