Please go for this guest house if you are in Mumbai for business and would just need a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy but good old fashioned hospitality of the caretaker Dashrath is what makes this place a welcome change from the super expensive and impersonal TULIIPSTAYS KANJURMARG PLUTO SUNCITYs.

Property location was easily accessible, ambiance was also good. Caretaker was a very humble person and other staffs were also helpful. Room and facilities were fine but they should provide room freshener. They've helped me to gave early check-in, and that was very nice to them. Property was value for money.

Great hospitality and cleanliness. Only issue was I stayed for almost 2 weeks, since there was no buffet breakfast arrangement, nothing you can order for the same, I mean no option for breakfast, so got Poha every alternate day which really made me bit irritated.

It was my official trip. The location was great as it was very near to the shipping office. The caretaker was very helpful. The room was very comfortable. I had breakfast at the property and the food was delicious. Overall it was a great experience for me.
