firstly the tent where it was mentioned the Jacuzzi is there....but it was only a bath tub instead of that, i have opted for the tent, only and only for the jacuzzi...... I would have gone with the lower category too ...but for jacuzzi only I have spent that .....very very bad experience and I don't recommend anybody to opt

The property has potential but definitely needs some renovation. The doors, curtains, and windows are quite old and worn out. The shower area also needs maintenance. The outdoor seating and sofa placed outside the tent were in very poor condition—honestly, not usable. With some upgrades and attention to detail, this place could offer a much better experience.

Overall it was a very good experience. We stayed in tents room. It’s a must stay. They did good decoration for our anniversary. We reached there at 6:30 am. We did not receive a proper welcome and response initially by team even after informing one day prior. After some time around 7, they did allot us a cottage room that is lesser than tent to freshen up. Gm helped us in time of need. His team helped us jumps-tarting my car after its battery drain. My advice is to improve the staff and give better training to them in hospitality, provide them incentives. Spa team & others were less interested.

Not worth the money.

The resort is a average property. We stayed in tent, needs huge renovation. Everything from doors to toilet accessories need to be replaced. Managing staff is good but support staff is lacking in experience. Dining area with pool (clean) view and food was good. Neither the the pathways nor the riding cycles were maintained. In our stay someone mistakenly took our jungle safari bag (with essentials like food, rain suits and sunglasses) and we told management about that on 2pm before leaving for safari, they didn’t came up with anything till check the out on next day. Our whole night was in thoughts of it. Next day noon we asked for cctv footage then came to know that guy who took that bag to him room. This kind of stuff is not acceptable from the brand like tuli and the amount they charge for it.

In response to your concerns regarding the misplaced jungle safari bag, we conducted a thorough investigation encompassing our entire resort team and reviewed the CCTV footage. Our findings revealed that your jungle safari bag had been inadvertently placed with another guest's luggage due to an oversight on your part, which you acknowledged. Our staff promptly rectified the situation by arranging for the retrieval and proper placement of all baggage in accordance with the respective room numbers. Following our initial discussions, our manager assured you that we would review the CCTV footage the following morning. Subsequently, upon reviewing the footage the next day, we were able to locate your bag and promptly returned it to you after verifying its contents. familyLocation is awesome it's beside pond. Spotted deer over there* food was good quality * staff was very polite and helpful* children's playing area good* swimming pool good* but problem was my villa 301 sleeping mattress was not good. Interior felt bit old. Bathroom and insects fouled the mood. Shower was broken. Bathtub was leaking with no hot water. In bathroom green grass was laid due to which all type of insects were crawling.

familyNot at all happy all property was under maintenance makemytrip is taking bookings blindly it was worst experience to book through makemytrip. Thanks god the manager at property was co operative & he shifted our booking to our property

coupleThe tent rooms are ok, food is ok but the property is too far from the safari gate, also the property doesn't have any activity for guests. The jaccuzi were not that good and water pressure was too low, took minimum 3 hours to fill the jaccuzi, pool is infront of the reception which is very misplaced, the property also doesn't have liquor license, being this property so secluded makes it difficult for guest to get something. The staff is good and well behaved. The spa was in-operational too. Very deserted and going out of the property after evening can be dangerous, we spotted a tiger near the lake outside property, that was scary. The receptionist also made mistake in making our bill and made themselves lose but we gradually paid for it after they realised and called us when we were back to nagpur, so the staff is also not very professional. The property tariff is not valid/worth for the service it is providing.
