Only room is good no food no water no item else

Location was good, but the services was not good. Most of the time water was not coming in bathroom, drinking water not available. We had to ask them multiple times for every small thing, shortage of staff in the hotel so even for drinking water or a TV Remote we had to ask 5-6 times. The Behaviour of staff was fine, but services very poor and slow. Also, my mother got sick in the trip so we asked them to extent the check out time for 2 hours which is bare minimum we expected from them, but they were asking for fine of around 200 per hour. No heart for a customer's condition. After requesting a lot they gave a driver's room !! which was very suffocating and bad smelling but since my mother was not well we had not option but made her sit there on a plastic chair for 1 hour and then went to Rameshwaram station. Even while hoping to auto for the station they didnt helped us carry the luggage to the auto. Overall, i wont go back to this hotel.

the hospitality of the hotel is good, manager Ashok is a kind person and Friendly. good maintains and it is next to the bus stand

Very excellent this room and very neatly restroom or a bedroom. we have to already left in 6 o'clock

Room is not at a pl good and customer service is pathetic, better to remove it from mmt. No

First of all it was lodge not hotel and the charge was huge compare to the room size and fascility it provides. No restaurant and for basic things soap towel we needed to ask for that.

Geyser facility is not available. Bathroom flush is not working. Mug provided in bathroom is in bad condition. Room size is too small. In receiption, persons does not know languages like hindi and english to address problems. Per day rs. 4256 is not worthy.

1) in the bathroom, the ac water drainage pipe dropped, which feels uncomfortable due to ac water drops sprinkled on clothes when sitting on the toilet seat. All hotel rooms checked and found that ac drainage pipe dropped in bathroom. 2) geyser not provided in bathroom. Hot water is not coming through the tap when it's open for an hour. 3) exhaust fan not provided in bathroom. Air suffocation feels at time of bathing.

Rooms were little bit small, toilet amenities were not met the expectations. Front office staffs were nice and excellent location was good
