Worst service and rude behaviour

1. Dirty black water in taps. 2. Drinking water not available in night. 3. In night, they lock the facility from outside and opens it in morning at 8:00am. It means if you have any medical emergency, you can't go out for medical treatment. They will not pick up your phone night wheather you die there. I complained about this then started to talk rudely with me. 4. Dirty smelly blankets. 5. Food is not properly cooked. 6. Overall experience terrible. I suggest everybody to never book any room in it.

Hey Gopal. So nice to hear such cute comments from a person who got a free room upgrade while running on a budget. No complaints about any smelly blankets were made to us during your stay. Did you want to save it for a public review? Also, our working hours just like any organisation are between 8am till 11pm. If you call us at odd hours like 2am, 4am and 5am then we for sure won’t be available to cater to your needs. The next time you are looking for 24 hours service, I’d suggest you book a 5 star property and not a homestay. The door of our property is locked from the inside for your own safety just like you lock the main door of your house before sleeping. It has a latch just like every other door which of-course you can open and leave for emergencies (which you didn’t have. Black water? Haha. Now that sounds like the end of the world. About food, aren’t you the same person who ordered for two plates of poori bhaaji, finished the last morsel with a spoon and are still complaining about the quality maybe because we didn’t give you a discount which you so desperately required. We also went out of our way to fix you up with another couple to save you some money to visit Rohtang. We also helped arrange a bike for you. But that’s how the saying goes, don’t go out of your way for anybody, they will walk all over you just like you did right now. For all the hotels/homestays/resorts out there, make sure to not host Mr.Gopal and his counterpart and save yourself of this unnecessary suffering.

Amazing place

The homestay was literally in the lap of nature. We could see the snow capped mountains from our rooms. The rooms were clean. I booked a large room and a luxury room. The large room had one small room which was really good. The bathroom in the luxury room was huge. Beds were really comfortable and clean. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The atmosphere was quite peaceful.

Really awesome hotel

Hotel was at prime location and views was really amazing. Hotel was very clean and hygienic. Staff was very polite and food service was available within the hotel on one phone call. Quality of food was very delicious. Would like to stay in the same hotel if get a chance to visit manali again.
