Property has become old. No room service. Presence of rodents inside the room. Bathroom unclean.

Theme good ambience appreciated staff helpful and polite maintenance can be improved toilets hygiene can be improved street lights to be more bright water supply to the cabins should be uninterrupted room freshness should be used regularly food quality is good

My experience was superb, I never thought that there would be such nature resort amidst the concrete jungle of Hyderabad. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Really worst stay ever, zero hygiene, and rats in the room, please don’t ever try...they helped and tried to change the room and we changed but later, it’s waste of time ..! And no refund policy...

It was good, apart from the bonfire experience where they charged the amount and told that it will burn the whole night but it was only for 15 mins.

Very poor room cleanness , very bad food quality. Paid amount for room rent is just waste of money.

Positives - Food & Food related service Negatives- The washroom was stinky the moment we arrived in. Continuous problems with WiFi & TV for 2 continuous days. Everytime I had to keep calling them to resolve issues. They say they would resolve but again they don't comeback. Multiple times I had to keep calling & it was frustrating. You don't come to resort to get frustrated with their service.

We booked Ranthambore cabin. Cabin was not cleaned. It was so dirty behind the bed. Linen on the bed had stains and there was also poop on the floor from a lizard. The dirt road going to the cabins was horrible because of the rain and there was no assistance.

I have one request to change the prices of food

The property was not maintained at all for the price they charge, it was a 2 star hotel. The kettle was broken, the tv was not working, the rooms smelled of mould & fungus.. the rooms were dusty, and sheets were not clean, were dusty as well. Very overpriced, Poorly maintained. Their restaurant was overpriced but the food was tasty. No amenities, the property is just like old cottages in an unkept jungle. Will never visit again. I wasted my money on this reservation.
