The Vintage Hill Village - Himalayan Boutique Resort

It's nestled in a mountain slope with the sun rising from back, if weather is clear one can hope of having view of snow-capped mountains of right hand side of the balcony. On the top of the hill on the left hand side one can see the tower of surkanda devi temple. Our stay was unfortunately marred by one of season's worst hail storm. But despite inclement weather, torrential rain, almost sub-zero temperature and power outage the team of chef worked relentlessly to serve delicious cosmopolitan food. The owner may like to upgrade the amenities by oil heaters in the rooms and better power back-ups.

The stay was good and the property is quite decent. They got their own dedicated parking space which is a respite in the tough parking scenario at the hill station. The quality of food being prepared by them is really good, although open spaces in front of the rooms or common areas is not there. However still good views of the valley and very good and well maintained rooms.

The The Vintage Hill Village - Himalayan Boutique Resort is at serene place and has good scenic beauty. Good spacious rooms. But the electricity issue is there. Geyser and room heater are not effective. Hospitality is very good. Food is awesome. Chef is awesome. Everything is great except power issue and you may face some hygiene issue regarding linen.

Outstanding place, fantastic food, incredible staff, very very nice and respectful people all around and the property is so well maintained. I'd give it 10 stars out of 5 if i had the option
