Ambience is great, but low maintenance. I mean can't blame the employee, he was alone doing everything by himself, it's not that easy. The owner should be more responsible. 1) There was no power backup, and we were literally sweating to bathe. 2) At night, till 12am there was no water, neither to drink or for the washroom, later after waiting for a long time they arranged from somewhere else.
